The NCY Transmission Power Kit for the Yamaha Zuma 125 (2022+) is a complete CVT overhaul solution engineered for riders who demand more from their drivetrain. Designed as a bolt-in performance upgrade, this kit replaces every critical component in the variator-to-clutch circuit with NCY’s precision-manufactured parts — giving you a tighter, more responsive power delivery from idle to top speed.

At the heart of the kit is the NCY Variator Kit (1200-1286), paired with the NCY Secondary Sheave (1200-1288) and a 1500 RPM NCY CVT Spring (1200-1291) for a firm, predictable engagement point. The drivetrain is completed by the NCY Star Clutch Bell (1200-1289) and NCY Clutch (1200-1290), ensuring consistent power transfer and reduced heat buildup under sustained load.

To dial in performance for your riding style, the kit includes three sets of roller weights — 7g, 8g, and 9g — so you can tune shift behavior whether you’re optimizing for low-end torque, top-end speed, or a balanced street setup. Swap weights in minutes; no special tools required.

Dyno-tested: NCY kit with 8g rollers and 1500 RPM spring achieved 10.24ps at 50.53 km/h vs. stock 9.39ps at 85.35 km/h — more power delivered earlier in the RPM range.
