Rick’s Motorsport Electrics manufactures this brand new Aftermarket Universal Style Rectifier/Regulator for use with Permanent Magnet Systems that are using Lithium Ion Batteries.
Rick’s part 14-515 is designed with a lower voltage set point to work with lithium ion batteries.
Rick’s 14-515 will come with 30″ wire leads and is perfect for Custom Builds on early Model Japanese Street Bikes that are utilizing Lithium Ion technology for the battery.
Customers will need to hard-wire or re-use their OE connectors when installing this rec-reg; detailed instructions will be included for installation.
The dimensions are 3 1/2″ x 3 1/2″ x 1″.
For the Yamaha Venture & VF1100 Magna – our rec/reg is not the same size/shape as OE & it will not mount in the same spot.
