This kit includes the the fender eliminator’s base as well as the plug-and-play style LED Turn Signal Kit to get that fender looking tidy and legal. To sweeten the deal, Yoshimura added a mounting bracket and integrated stainless steel fasteners that eliminates half of the usual hardware required and eliminates the need for to a hold a nut with a second wrench for those last couple torque cranks.
